Major Bug Issue for SR:MT

So it has come to my attention that there is a major bug in the game. A variable that governs story progression and tracking was incorrectly called, resulting in it going from variable 6 to 3, basically breaking the storyline. We’re working on fixing it now and getting some last minute inclusions before we release. The bug is expected to be patched this week, in the next day or so. We’ll be working on gamedev on Monday so catch us on the stream then! Just wanted to get you guys in the loop, I will report in again soon.

We've released an update patching several key issues within the game and improved overall balance. We'll be continuing to roll out quality updates as the dev cycle continues and we slowly make our way towards the Story Demo.

A Year in Review 2018

Hey everyone, thanks for a great year. We've done so much as a team, and made so much progress toward completing our first game project. Let's reflect on what we've done so far:
  • Fixed mountains of bugs (and created many more too)
  • Completed development of Chapter 2's base story
  • Started the process of creating our very own soundtrack for the game
  • We've begun updating all monster and character models, as well as the quality of cutscene images.
  • Chapter 4 and the Finale of the game are in development
  • Made our first real trailer for the game
  • Launched the project on Itch.io
  • Got embarrassed live on a livestream when everything went wrong
  • Upgraded to a (more)powerful PC rig for game development and art design

New PC and Streaming Plans

Our very first high end PC has arrived, increasing our options for game development and streaming. We'll be configuring everything today and just getting stuff set up, but on Saturday we plan on doing some stress test streams to find out what this new asset can truly handle.

We'll be starting with Cities Skylines, Subnautica, and if they perform well as streamable games, we'll look into expanding the streaming line up.

Game Dev streams won't go anywhere, but the game play aspects will be supplements to our content line up. We'll let you guys know soon how everything goes!

A update to the game is now available on Itchio and IndieDB! Here’s a list of changes:
  • ​Battlers: Belladonna, Caldera, Female Thrall
  • Boss Difficultly: Fenrir, Levos, Calypso have been rebalanced.
  • New Music: Caldera Theme, Sacred Valley Theme, Battle End ME

Our game has a lot of cool bosses, but one of the hardest fights in the game is the Archmage, along with his labyrinth of puzzles, the man with a majestic beard is capable of making fools out of fighters, and befuddling the common mage. He requires skill to take down, so treat him with care!
We understand if you don't think that's cool though, so we have a whole list of boss fights from the game you might enjoy!
