In order to be granted access to all updates of our games, you must agree to the following and follow the format provided, any deviations are not accepted except where directly made exempt.

​You must agree to:
  1. Not sell or otherwise distribute our content be it visual or auditory.
  2. No files may be transmitted or shared with others without express approval from developers of DracoWyrm Media.
  3. All violations terminates your access to the Private Playtests and Demos.

Affirm that you are a human being.
  • Provide a First and Last Name or provide a penname.
  • Provide and have regular access to a legitimate email address.
  • Provide a statement regarding how you found our project and what drew you to our current project/s.
  • State the game you wish to playtest.
  • Provide estimate of free time you have per week.

​If you have a YouTube Channel, please affirm the following:
  • Link to YouTube Channel without use of TinyUrl, all applications with urls that cannot be directly traced will be ignored and possibly blocked.
  • Name of Channel
  • Purpose of videos
  • Link to your videos regarding our content

Furthermore, while we appreciate lets plays and walkthroughs, do not distribute our music or sound effects. If we find videos with full length songs or audio files, we will take appropriate action. Do not use our artwork or visual content without permission. Exceptions to the audio rule are as followed:
  • Use as background music for videos, only if related to the game.
  • Remixes/Remasters (Changing the speed/tempo/pitch does not constitute a Remix.)
  • Audio originating from let’s play and walkthrough videos

By filing this Playtest Register you understand that you are expected to uphold the details of this form to the letter. Violations of this form will result in actions ranging from removal from the Playtest list to takedowns of videos.

By filling out this form you understand that we will keep your name, email address, and YouTube or other media affiliated information in our Playtest Register List, and this information will not be shared or disclosed to any party.

​All information is removed on request or end of playtesting period. Playtest Registrations are only applicable for the game being developed and only until the end of the playtest stage. When the final steps of development are reached, all registration data will be wiped and future requests and access will be repealed.
